There are several events throughout the year that limits parking, peak season, afternoons and weekends. There are a couple different places to park. The first is right inside where Sola Salon is located right off Raymond Rd. The Parking lot is shared by many other business and there is not a lot of spaces. Please make sure to pay the meter or use the passport app. The second option is the Isham Parking garage. There is a side entrance that leads you into Sola Salons on Isham Rd. The third option is Burr St. Which is located next to West Hartford Town Hall. There is 4 hour free parking and it's about a 5 minute walk. Want to get to know me? But that was not in the cards and I couldn't be happier. I've been a cosmetologist for 15 years and I have loved every single minute of it. Graduated in 2007 from Brio Academy and have continued my education taking certification classes in hair extensions, keratin treatments, cutting and styling and much more. I want every single client to have the best experience possible when they come to me which is why I continue to take these classes to better myself as a hair stylist everyday. Cancellation Policy
POLICIES
Cancellation Policy: Your appointment is important to me and I put in a lot of behind the scenes work to ensure that you are satisfied with your service. With that being said, I also understand that sometimes things happen. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule please try to do so more than 24 hours in advance. A cancellation or request to reschedule or made less than 24 hours will invoke a 50% cancellation fee. A no call no show will also invoke a 75% fee of the service.
Late Policy: If you are running late please call or text me with an ETA. I give a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 mins late I may not be able to accommodate you or part of your services. A late fee of $10 will be applied if part of the service can not be done or a 50% fee if we have to reschedule the entire appointment. Please understand that this is out of respect for all of my clients. I never want to rush someone's service or make someone wait.
Service Guarantee Policy: I take much pride in my work, above all else I want you to love the way you look and feel after your services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service you have up to one week to come back in to make the proper adjustments. After one week a complimentary service will not be considered, and additional service/product fees may apply. I do not provide any refunds on services.
